Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WedTech Pro ("Platform," "Web Application," "Service" collectively referred to as “Platform”), operated and owned by Plan Excellence ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions shall govern the relationship between the user and the Company. By accessing or using WedTech Pro, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

The Platform is designed to facilitate event planning and management.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly in accordance with these Terms and applicable local, national, and international laws. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws;
• Introduce viruses or malicious code;
• Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or accounts;
• Distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything from the Platform, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose;
• Host, publish, transmit, etc. any information on the Platform which is obscene, pornographic, invasive of another’s privacy, harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or impersonate another person.

You can report at support@wedtechpro.com any content on the Platform that is deemed to be unlawful, objectionable, libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, against any religious beliefs, spam, or is violative of any applicable law.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, password and for all activities under your account. It is Your duty to notify the Company immediately in writing of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss that may be incurred by You as a result of unauthorized use of the password or account, either with or without your knowledge.

You must be at least 18 years of age so as to access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or block access to the Platform if it is discovered that You are a minor or incompetent to contract according to the law.

3. Account Termination

You may choose to terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@wedtechpro.com. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be deactivated, and we will delete or anonymize any personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

The Company may at any time limit your activity, immediately suspend or terminate your account, or refuse to provide you access to the Platform IF:

• You are in breach of these Terms;
• We are unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by You;
• We reasonably believe that your action may infringe on any third-party rights or breach any applicable law or otherwise result in any liability.

4. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of event planning and guest management as intended by the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

5. Platform Availability

While we strive to ensure the Platform operates smoothly and securely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control including force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice for any planned downtime.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages on account of non-availability of the services.

6. Payment Processing

Some services on WedTech Pro may require payment. By purchasing services or subscriptions, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable fees.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for any errors, issues, or losses arising from the payment services provided by third parties. We shall never ask any User to transfer money to any private account or to an account not held in the name of the Company. You shall not hold any right to recover from the Company any amount which is transferred by You to any third party.

Fees are quoted exclusive of any taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. We reserve the right to alter any and all fees from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Plan Excellence.

7. AI-Powered Functionality

WedTech Pro includes AI-powered tools that assist users in tasks such as event creation, guest list management, logistics data entry from WhatsApp chats, and real-time summaries. While these tools are designed to enhance efficiency and accuracy, you acknowledge and agree that all AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by you.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content and disclaims any liability arising from reliance on such content.

8. WhatsApp Communication

Our Platform may integrate with WhatsApp to facilitate guest communication. By using this feature:

• You consent to the Platform sending messages on your behalf.
• You are responsible for ensuring your recipients have opted in to receive such communication.
• You must comply with WhatsApp's terms of service and messaging policies.

9. Guest Logistics and Accommodation Management

The Platform enables the planning and tracking of guest arrivals, departures, hotel assignments, and room allocations.

While we provide tools to help manage this data, users are solely responsible for the accuracy of guest and travel-related information entered into the Platform.

10. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
• Using the Platform only for lawful purposes;
• Maintaining the security of your account;
• Any activity that occurs under your account.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of any information obtained through the Platform is at your sole risk.

11. User-Provided Content

You may upload, submit, or share content (such as images, text, event details, or feedback) on the Platform (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Plan Excellence a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content;
• Your User Content does not violate any laws, infringe third-party rights, or contain harmful, defamatory, or unlawful material.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer:

Plan Excellence does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any User Content and disclaims all liability related to User Content.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and content on the Platform are the property of Plan Excellence or its licensors.

We do not grant the User a license, right, or authority to use any such materials in any manner whatsoever. Use of any materials without our prior written consent is prohibited and will be in violation of the applicable law.

13. No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, which you obtain from the Company or through the services opted shall create any warranty not expressly made herein or in the Terms.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Company assumes no liability (i) with regard to the availability and/or quality of the services, and/or (ii) for the standards of services as provided by the respective third party service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plan Excellence and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Any liability arising from payment issues, User Content, or third-party services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the Platform within the past three (3) months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plan Excellence, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms. You shall be solely liable for any breach of any country specific rules and regulations or general code of conduct and the Company cannot be held responsible for the same.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

WedTech Pro may link to third-party websites or services. Plan Excellence is not responsible for third-party content or practices. These links are provided for convenient access. Access to these links is voluntary and does not indicate that Company endorses it or is associated with any of these other third party websites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those parties and you are requested to use these links at your own discretion, risk, and cost. Neither Company nor its officers, employees, agents shall have any responsibility or liability of any nature whatsoever for these other third party websites/links or any other information contained in them.

18. Cookie Policy

We may use cookies to enhance user experience, analyze performance, and serve targeted content. By using the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies. You may manage cookies through your browser settings.

19. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Platform. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We strongly believe in resolving the issues raised by any user through mediation. In the event, you feel that your concern has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact our grievance officer, who shall endeavour to redress the concern within 30 days from the date of escalation.

22. Severability

If any provision(s) of these Terms are determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.
